I know people are eager to get replies but try and remember some people on this game only check their emails once or twice a week, and the newer members while you might be able to get a good deal out of them because they don't realise players values they also might not understand everything just yet and could still be trying to get into it. New managers can have various questions for me that can take a week to resolve, therefore they miss their first week on the game.
An example is the Real Madrid manager who joined, missed his first week and people were saying here he should be thrown off. All managers get at least 2 weeks before I remove them or chase them up (which I will if they have been active but have suddenly gone quiet).
Liverpools manager is also only a few weeks into the game and had been sending in his team sheets except for last week which he missed.
At the end of the day, if they don't want to reply to your emails thats up to them but they can only be removed if they're inactive in sending in team sheets. You'll either have to have patience with new managers or simply deal with people you know are totally active I'm afraid.
I understand what you say, but this is one of the only frustrating aspects of the game - people not replying to emails. I know it can take a few days perhaps to answer an email and sometimes people go away, but they should reply within say a week or they shouldnt have signed up to manage a team. Some people obviously send out messages to managers with speculative offers and this is probably where people can run into problems because they may email somone who is not all that active.
Can a rule not be introduced where if somone is complained about perhaps through the messageboard by a number of managers and cannot give an adequate explanation for not replying to emails they get kicked off the game. At least that way youd have a game of active managers rather than a fuller game of partly inactive managers who frustrate everyone??
but i guess the problem is Richard has to be fair to everybody and some peoplemight just prefer to manager their team and not get invovled in message board / media / transfers as much as others
i think a combination of patience / knowing who does and doesnt reply will see most of us through fine
It takes a second to reply to an e-mail just saying not for sale and replying to e-mails should be the top of any managers list and is vital to the game id say. Even new people all they have to do is say something like "im new to this game and not looking to sell anyone at the moment" - I did I dont care how long they take, a week, two weeks whatever but a reply is always nice.

While I appreciate the comments above and agree that people should reply, if they don't want to email you thats up to them really. They'll isolate themselves in the transfer market as most people won't bother doing business with them in the future, but I can't remove them if they are sending in team sheets as they're still active then.
Yeah i understand that and appreciate it Richard, it just then limits us to be able to buy/loan off the same managers all the time, which ends up being frustrating. And after so many weeks, you cant just do business with the same people, as they might not want to sell, or even have enough players in their squad to sell, as they may have done deals with you previously. I dont think we are moaning about this as such, just maybe an area that could be improved. Maybe every manager should send in a list of all those players that are available for transfer/loan each week. And even if a manager doesnt want to transfer/loan list any player, then he/she should just state "No players availbale for transfer or loan". Or something along those lines. Just a suggestion!
