I've had some enquiries into this position so here is my view of it.
I'm not going to give them a new comer as a manager as I've tried unsuccessfully a couple of times now. The idea is to hand them to a manager from within the game in the second half of the season. Obviously I expect a fair few managers to be interested so it'll be partly based on how those managers have done so far with their current clubs.
If you want to put your name forward, you can put it in this thread. Obviously that makes it official and as the section info says, there could be side effects with your current club if you got turned down for Liverpool. You'll need to weigh up whether you want the job and how likely it is you'd be appointed before putting your name forward.
There's no rush to move someone there, but obviously you don't want to leave it too long if you are interested in case the position is given to someone else who has already put themselves forward.
I would like to state my interest in the position at Liverpool because I feel I can not take Bolton Football Club much further. Bolton are currently 6th and can not cope financially with the big 5 in the english premier division. I have a vast amount of experience taking Celtic to 2 league titles and to 2 domestic cups.
I would also like to state my interest in the Vacancy at Liverpool.
Having won both the Spanish League Title and the Spanish Cup with Athletic Bilbao when the highest they had ever finished was one place from bottom in the previous FA game I feel I should be given the opportunity to test my managerial skills at a top 4 club.
Blackburn have given me the opportunity to manage in the premiership, of which I feel I have given a good account of myself with not too many resources. We have recently signed Deco for the midfield and I feel if I do leave then they will be in a strong position with little fear of relegation as the media predict.
I have always been loyal to every club I have managed and never once asked for a move but I feel that the time is right now for me to progress my career.
I would be delighted to speak with Liverpool should they be interested in my services.

I would like to wish everyone the best in applying for this post - The good thing is - You'll get a life time supply of razors from one of the directors!
After much consideration, I would like to apply for the job as manager of Liverpool Football Club.
As far as experience and getting the most of a group of players goes, I believe I am up there with the best. After turning Newcastle into a consistent force in the old 'Football Academy', I have now taken them into a position in Football Academy Evolution where already they're almost guaranteed promotion. I have left the club and squad in a good position, where a new manager could come in and take the team into the Premiership for next season and enjoy success. The squad is strong, particularly as an attacking force, so if I left Newcastle I'd be happy at the state I've left them in, and also sad as it would be the end of a long affiliation with a club where I've spent all of my days as manager in Football Academy.
I feel like I should be with a club though who are up there with the very best, and Liverpool fall into this category. As sad as it would be to leave Newcastle, sometimes change is required, and I'm at the stage now where it's time for a new challenge, and what better place than Anfield.
My record speaks for itself, so if Liverpool want the glory they deserve, they won't find many better CV's than mine.
Can I put my name forward for the available position at Liverpool FC. I know i have only just joined but as Liverpool Fan I wanted to manage them. Its not a bad reflection on Brescia but when a job becomes available at the club you support, it must be worth try. With my vast football knowledge from other internet football management games I feal that i would be like a breath of fresh air for the Club. If appointed I will certainly be pushed them towards honours.
