or you could hit the "back" button a lot if thats where you came from!!

I find the easiest way is to open the manager's office, and then anything I want to open from there I right click on and then open in a new tab or window. That way if I am looking at a transfer I can have the information from the post, my team and the opposing team all easily at hand.
