I am trough and trough Celtic fan. Normally I like to see Rangers get done over however when it comes to a comp such as last night I become a Brithish fan. The English sides because I have players in my Sun Dream Team playing and Rangers because I love to see us both doing well for the sake of Scottish footy.
Well done to the Gers, to go from a draw agianst Motherwell (with do disrespect meant) to beating a team of the strength of Lyon shows that the Old Firm are not that far behind anymore. To me it also gives another show that we have out grown the game in Scotland.

I am worried about Celtic tonight though. I have watched nearly every game so far this season and the friendlies and they are getting the results but are lacking any real quality in the FB positions. Attacking wise we are a formidable force but when we come up agianst a side willing to use wingers and get crosses in things get scrappy and the team seems to get run over. Hope I'm wrong and the other English sides do well tonight and make it 6 out of 6 for our home nation teams.

Ive got a soft spot for Celtic, and a big fan of Big Gordon since his Coventry days - best of luck tonight!

Im a die hard Rangers man but i would love to see 2 Scottish clubs reach the last 16,im fed up of the amount of press the English leagues get and the Scottish 1 doesnt even get looked at,Rangers and Celtic have done well in the last few years in Europe and it just goes to show that were starting to compete with the best, only if we had a better league then who knows were Scottish football would be,il be supporting Celtic tonite,CUMON THE BHOYS!!!

The press isnt that bad is it?

Anyone who knows football knows that both Rangers and Celtic (and Aberdeen, Hibs, Hearts in the Uefa Cup) have done brilliantly over the last 5 years - and i dont think many teams would want to face them, especially at home
