just want to say Hi.  I'm new here but it doesnt change the fact that for a purpose.  Im looking to sharpen my management skills, and am currently managing Livorno in Serie A.  It is in a bad standing, but i will try my best to improve it.  Drastic changes in strategy are necessary, and am looking to do just that. 

The help of everyone is welcome and appreciated and, wish me luck... i'll need it!

wow, u got AC Milan? u should go trough the rules dan it helps, basically, what u do is submit a team sheet with your play.
