Does an assistant managers stats improve?
I know it is only out of 2, and some assistants already have a 2 in some of the areas. But i was just curious to know if the "not so good" (aswell as the better assistants) assistants with only like 1 point for example improve?

if you were going to buy a new assistant manager would you have to sell or release your current one before that, or could you have two on your books for a week?

Staff stats don't improve, they're not like players at the moment as I don't think they have enough variation to accomadate changes. Maybe if in the future, the staff section is developed further, that might happen.

You can only have one assistant manager on your books at a time, so either you need to swap your own for another, or you need to sell or release yours first.

If you sell yours (I dont want to by the way - Im only asking), then where do the new ones come from? Is there a stockpile, or do you have to wait until someone else releases theirs?

And do the staff have wages that are added to the player's ones at the end of the season?

There's the same number of assistants as there are clubs, and no club can have more than one at a time, so there should always be enough to go around. Any released will be available on free's to teams with no assistant.
