I would like to express my interest in The Job for Atletico Madrid.
I have managed Livorno for one complete season, and after being relegated from Serie A, have successfully gained re-entry, with the highest honors. Livorno, with absolutely no funds available in the bank, has worked miracles to improve its squad and thus performance: not only to regain entry to serie A, but to succesfully win the Serie B. That it has done, not so much with ease, but with a healthy point lead from its nearest competitor.
This said, I believe that i am ready for a Bigger challenge. i had recently requested for a job at Real Madrid which I failed to obtain. Atletico i believe is also a club of similar calibre, and would certainly enjoy a time in la liga.
This said, all my talents and efforts would go into managing Atletico
I would like to put myself forward for the Athletico Madrid job.Since taking over at Sheffield Wednesday with the weakest squad in the game by far i have managed to bring in some good quality players the likes of David Dunn and Ivan De La Pena, and given the club a footing to work forward from.I feel if i were to leave Hillsbrough the club is in a much much more stable and positive condition than when i arrived.I have also improved the stadium and the club now has a chance of building something which whilst i could do i would much prefer the lure of a big club with potential european competition.
I feel i would be ready for a job at a big club like Athletico due to the job i yhave done on a decent budget but with such a poor squad, also i love tapas and think that i can make Athletico genuine challengers for the La Liga title.
