MOTFA Main Feature WEEK 11 " More Managers Questiontime - Part 3 !"

Good afternoon all and welcome to the eleventh MOTFA programme!

As conyinued quest speaker this week - all FA Managers!!

Today myself, Steve et al will be discussing...........................

The fourth FA weekly questionaire! It is designed to promote debate and give an insight into team structure, planning and the world of FA. You will find this weeks in the post below. All interested managers - please complete the questions and post in this thread. We are then all free to reply, debate late into the night!

Id also like to remind you all that this is very much an interactive show, so although myself and the panel may be driving the questions and discussions, please chip in with your thoughts and comments. I would like to remind you that we have a 9pm watershed however and any abusive or irrelevant comments will be removed for the benefit of all so be nice and play fair!

Many thanks to Simon Jenkins this week for the idea and indeed all of the questions. If anyone would like to send a list of questions in ready for next week for discussion please email me at the usual email address

(Please note that for ease of viewing the panelists will be writing in)

Guest Panelist - ALL FA Managers!!

Week Twelve MOTFA Questionaire

1) Now that new youth has been promoted to first teams around the globe - who were the players that caught your eye?

2) Chelsea finally appointed a new manger this week - what are your thoughts on this appointment?

3) What features do you think are working in FA / MOTFA? what would you like to see stay? what would you like see go / done differently?

4) One unlucky manager signed a player this week, that immediately announced his retirement! What is the most unlucky situation you have had in the FA world so far?

5) What players are you hoping will be found in the next scouting window?

6) Now we are at the half way stage of the season - there is a clear divide in some leagues between the teams that always seem to have just enough to win all games (Arsenal, Chelsea, Sevilla, Roma, Inter Milan etc). What do you feel these teams have that the chasing pack dont?

7) Who do you think may make it to the vacant managers position at Barcelona now the mangager has departed for the lights of Central London?

8) What do you see as most important on paper to a good team. The best strikers, the best defence, or the best midfield?

9) There is currently a method of having more loans than allowed by permanently tranfering players to a club before tranferrring them back at a later date. Do you see this as a harmless loophole - or would you prefer to see it stamped out?

10) Ignoring money or avaliable talent - who has impressed you since joining the game? Who has been the manager that always delivers no matter where he is or what he has to work with?

cheers

Simon
