I think the way it works is if you want a specific job you should apply for it on here.

Although there is the possibility that if Rich decides a manager has done a particularly good job or he has the shown the qualities a particular club might need he can then be offered a position without applying.

It might be that someone had already been marked out for the Leeds job and approached about the position.

It can be hard to decide - I am not sure whether to wait for the call about the Liverpool job or apply for a position I am interested in!

Exactly, you dont neccasarily have to apply for a job to get offered one. Ive been waiting by the phone for 6 months now LOL

I agree with some of the points above but the fact is - They aint a good side and surely it's better to get a manager that actually wants to go there??
