I would like to declare an interest in the vacant managers job at Reading. Having just left Recreativo after three seasons, I think I have proven that I am capable of creating a long term plan to turn struggling teams around and get them going in the right direction again. I am looking for a challenge back in the English leagues and I know that nothing less than automatic promotion would be acceptable but I believe I have what it takes to provide that.
