I would like to see "Spontanious" (spelling) injuries. At the moment we have injuries only when players condition drops.
But I would like to see a shock injury which could maybe be announced via media.
For example "Christiano Ronaldo will be out for 6 games due to a broken ankle, thanks to a shocking tackle from Robbie Keane in the 0-0 draw at Old Trafford. Keane has also been banned for 3 matches and the club has been fined 200k as a result"
This will then impact teams, players and clubs and will be a nice addition to the game. And can also throw a spanner into the works of run away leaders.
