Whilst some intial sales will be necessary at the club to help reduce the debt, the incoming manager would have total control from then on.

A number of loan players would be made avaialable if required to any incoming manager to help fill the gaps left by departing players. 

This would be a big challenge for someone who would like to turn a club around who have had things tough over the last few seasons.

I am fully committed to the task and would be willing to work with the manager as much or as little as required. It is a difficult challenge but any manager would be given ample time and realistic targets.
