Unless my chairman finds out that his training ground is built on top of a new oil refinary and can give me loads of money, I will be looking to loan a few players again next season. It's not clear whether I'll be in League 1 or the Championship (hopefully the latter) but I would be looking for players in the following positions...

I've got a very good reputation for looking after loan players and I will be more than happy to nurture through more young talent by giving them games.
