Its rubbish when people don't reply tbh. I sent a few emails out about the saints job and some managers didn't even bother replying a simple no wouldn't have hurt bet offers from rich get replied to. Anyway rant over lol

its always been the same, to be honest most my deals nowadays are struck between a set few managers because I know I can trust them

I think it is a big problem with the game, at the moment.
Why play and not take part? If you know what I mean.
I realise some of us have more time than others but, it is just rude not to respond.

You two (Luke & Pricey) are part of a group of managers who will always reply.
If we are not careful the mechanics of the game are going to be spoilt.

I agree Tezza, I dont mind if it takes someone two weeks I always appreciate a message back.

Not really a way around this though, if they just want to put teamsheets in them its up to them.

it is a shame thas people don't reply and as already said thats up to them spoils the game a little though :(

This falls into a 3 part response:

Part 1 - Some people play the game for the game, not the manager-to-manager interactions. Thats fair enough. People who have been "named and shamed" in the past for not answering emails are actually 100% active and never ever miss a team sheet. Whether they don't like you, or have no intention replying to any transfer requests, or simply have FA emails sent to spam (by mistake or on purpose) its their choice, no matter how much it upsets people.

Part 2 - Some people have little to no activity. The no activity people will be dropped, however those of fleeting activity obviously last longer, and that can't be helped.

Part 3 - There are teams available, get people you know to sign up. As most of you probably realise theres a large number from a Cardiff message board who joined around the same time. They're all active, and enjoy the rivalry with each other and it does mean they know they will get responses back off those people they know!!
