Parma FC would like to bid to host the season 8 FA Youth Tournament.

We believe we would be the perfect club to host the first youth tournament, we have very good facilities we have a 19,500 seater stadium since I have been at the club me and the board have made it a priority to improve the size of the stadium each year we also designed three shirts for this campaign and we gave fans who bought a season ticket for this season could get the 3rd kit for a £1 this shows that we are a family orientated club. We try to get fans of all ages through the gates and every week and we believe we provide an enjoyable and pleasant experience for both home and away fans.

We at Parma believe the way forward for us as a club is using our youth we have had many talents here such as Alessandro De Vitis, Marco Rossi, Francesco Pambianchi and McDonald Mariga and whilst some are sold we use the money to buy other young players who can do a job for us such Chus Herrera, Jonathan Howson, Pedro Mosquera and Ioime Raffaelle. We are constantly getting bids from various clubs who are interested in our young talent and this shows that we are very committed to youth development here the fact we only have two players over 30 in the entire squad also are average squad age is 23. I have even threw some of my career earnings into recently fund our new youth academy whilst it is at a basic level at the moment we plan in the future to develop further, as this will help the young develop into better players.

Hosting the tournament would have a great impact on everyone who is part of the club players, staff and fans alike Im sure would be thrilled to host the tournament I think future development of young players will hopefully improve even more and obviously the money we would receive for hosting the tournament would be great. We would look re-invest that further into are academy or sign up some of the youngsters that are already in the academy if we see fit that they are good enough to make the step up.

Finally I believe the tournament should be Italy as recently the FA have criticised Italian football well perhaps if we had the youth tournament at Parma we might be able to see that Italian football has got a great future that would be another great reason to host the tournament here and I believe we would do an excellent job of hosting if given the opportunity.

Thanks for your consideration
Jonny Sinclair-Parma Manager

Napoli FC Launch Bid to Host the Season 8 Youth Tournament.

Ezequiel Lavezzi today launched his clubs bid as the host stadium for the much awaited Season 8 Youth Tournament.

Lavezzi himself has been brought through the youth system at the Partenopei and is a fine example of why teams should invest and develop youth.

The current Napoli team has risen to the higher ranks of the Serie B league and has achieved this purely on their youth player development, a chairman and manager initiative that saw Jimmy Lumsden installed as head of department.

Lavezzi said "The facilities at Napoli are first class, with the largest stadium and fan base in our league, plus the continued emphasis on the youth academy we are starting to see the fruits of the seeds planted two seasons ago. To play in a team where the average age is 23 and most of us have come through the academy is amazing, there can be no better club to host the upcoming tournament, I will personally be there to give away shirts to all the kids and I will be hosting a question and answer session in the conference room on each day of the event."

"The infrastructure of our stadium and location mean we are in a prime position to host this event. Naples is a wonderful city to visit, enjoy and be part of"

Lavezzi finished by saying " I can think of no better place for the money to be put back into the continued generation of our flourishing youth academy and we have proven we will spend every penny wisely on the players of our future"

Cardiff press release Cardiff the only neutral option

Ninian Park boasts an impressive 30500 capacity stadium which we believe would be the ideal size to host a youth tournament of this magnitude.

Although playing in the English pyramid system we are of course based in South Wales so remain the only possible neautral ground in Football academy with participating teams visiting Wales from England, Spain and Italy.

As a manager my philosophy has always been to build squads with a mixture of youth and experience. In my experience this has helped clubs progress while giving the younger players experience and guidance. As a club Cardiff City are fully committed to building a young and competitive team who can move the club forward over many years, we have some fine young talent together with home grown players such as Gunter, Morris and Jones who have come through the youth system and continue to be involved with the club.

Should Cardiff City be given this unique and exciting opportunity to host the tournament we would take this time to look at the best way to bring a youth academy to Cardiff City which we hope to do using the experience of this tournament. Any money gained from this tournament would instantly be re-invested and go towards our continued effort to bring the best youth players through at Cardiff.

Liverpool announce application to be the hosts of the inaugural FA Youth Tournament.

Anfield is a UEFA 4 star stadium with world class facilities. A capacity of 24,000 with an additional 2,000 seats planned for next season makes Anfield an ideal choice to host the tournament.

This tournament would be the perfect way to launch our new academy which is scheduled to open next season. What better way to inspire the youth of Liverpool than to see the stars of tomorrow battling it our.

At Liverpool Football Club we believe passionately in the importance of youth development not just within the club but in the community as a whole. We work in partnership with community organisations helping them to run projects which encourage youth and support strong family relationships such as family fun days, parenting support sessions, dads & lads & lasses football coaching, mums & daughters & sons activity sessions.

We pledge to re-invest any gate receipts received into the continued development of these and many more schemes.

All visiting teams and fans will be given a warm welcome by both the club and the city, young fans and families will be encouraged to get involved with the many schemes and activities that will be on offer.

If hosting the tournament its our intention to build stronger links to the community whilst hosting a highly successful and entertaining family tournament.

Espanyol announce application to host the first FA youth tournament.

We believe this club is the perfect option to host the first FA youth tournament. Our club has a 16,500 seater stadium which is a great size for a youth tournament as it is not too big and not too small. The last thing the tournament needs is rows of empty seats and Espanyols stadium will provide the correct capacity and the passion for football here in Barcelona is second to none so we would have no problem filling it. The board have made it a priority to increase the stadium and the first steps were made at the start of this season as we increased the capcity by 2000, with plans to expand the stadium further in the following seasons to turn this club into a real force in Spanish football.

Our club has made a number of commitments towards youth development, with us developing our very own youth academy, with plans to increase the capabilities over the coming seasons. The club are proud that the current captain, Javi Marquez, has been an Espanyol player from the age of 12 and developed right throught the academy to become one of the stars of world football today. The club are also bringing through another young midfield player in George Saunders, who loves playing along side his idol Marquez and become a star in his own right. The club have started a policy of buying younger players and demostrated this when buying the 23 year old left winger Carlos Eduardo and have further plans to lower the age of the sqaud in the clsoe season.

Hosting this tournament will have a massive effect on this football club. Espanyol has a tradition of using homegrown players and the city of Barcelona has never failed in it's ability to produce brilliant footballing talent. The place is footballing mad and football here is considered a religion. This club has very ambitious plans for the future and we really believe that in a few years we can compete with the very best. Hosting and playing in this tournament is only going to improve our youth academy and we will give every chance to the yougner players to make a name for themselves. Espanyol have started their communities projects where they are sending out star players to coach and talk to young kids and the club are currently in disscussions about building 20 astro turf football pitches in the city to try and give young people a place to play. This shows our commitment to trying to produce young quality players.

Manager Ashley Harris has recently signed a 4 year contract and the club and Ashley himself will be driving the youth policy during his reign to try and make this club successful, hosting the youth tournament will surely help with that.

Real Valladolid would like to stand for the Youth Tournament

A large amount of money has been put into the Valladolid stadium to make it one of the largest in the world. Now that the site is at it maxium size, money has begun to be put into other facilities such as the club shop and youth academy.

Valladolid have a history and a reputation for producing some of the finest talent around such as Jesus, Sergio and Victor and has recently begun to attract foreign youth such as Benzema and Collison because it's widely known that youth prosper here. Just look around the leagues and you'll see RV-grown talent almost everywhere.

The money and prestige that will come with hosting the youth tournament will further our development of various facilities.

Having based a club on its youth capabilities, it seems only right that Valladolid be granted the honour of hosting the tournament.
