Im not calling for his head as its easy to see he can change his attitude, admit to some of his failings, and bring titles back

That having been said Guardiola would be superb as his eventual successor - im just not sure we have the cash or gravitas to actually get him into the hotseat

This year COULD have been great - but we eventually lost it all due to carrying too much dead weight in the squad, lacking leadership in key areas, and being far too sloppy infront of goal (not to mention the worst record for defending from set plays in the entire premier league!)

Im quite happy for Wenger to stay if he admits to this and makes the necessary changes

And who knows? The summer will be interesting for one way or the other (Will Fabregas go? Will be bring in any quality experience? etc etc). It could go either way and we could have an "us against them" good year against the odds - or a same old same old and the pressure will be on him even more next season

One of the most frustrating seasons to be an arsenal fan though thats for sure. On the one hand they have hinted about almost being back to where we should be - and on the other hand thrown it all away in a manner that suggests we are even further away........:(

Im sure Wenger will have sleepless nights like the fans though - he has never stuck me as a manager that doesnt care - even if his demeanour doesnt necessarily show this all the time
