Opportunity to build from the ground up

Real Murcia are searching for a new manager to take them in to the new era at their small family club.

They are in the process of coming out of admin and will lose a few more players before the financial side of the club is sorted. This will leave them with a very low wage budget perfect to allow loan signings to come in this season with out damaging the end of season finances.

Arsenal will be supporting the manager with wage investment to help the club recover and help aid future growth.

New signings will be made on a budget but the philosophy from Arsenal will be used at Real Murcia. Young players will be signed and trained up with no pressure to gain promotion while this is happening. When players reach close to their full potential the manager can look to sell at close to double value and reinvest the money in to the club. All money will be kept available for the manager to use and not be taken out by the chairman.

This is a low pressure job and the transfer policy will generate more funds for the manager to help shape the team the way he wants ready to push in to the top division in the future. If you like what I have been doing with Arsenal but you think your chairman would sack you if you tried to do it at your team maybe this job is for you.

Building a youth academy is a very important part of the growth of this club and will allow the manager to bring young players in cheaply. My wages at Arsenal will easily cover the cost of running a good size academy.

An important part of the deal will include a link between Arsenal and Real Murcia academies. Part of the contract will allow Real Murcia to benefit from Arsenal academy players but this part of the contract will only be discussed in private with applicants for the job.

Most of my wages for this year have been spent on buying Real Murcia. so there are not many funds to buy out a managers contract. If you are interested in this job you would need to be on low wages so that you can buy out your remaining contract with help from my wages or you would need to be able to agree a reduced compensation package with your chairman to get yourself out of a bigger size contract you might be in.

E-mail or PM interest in the job to discuss the terms.
