He is worth 9.5M and I have a bid of 15M already on him. I keep a close eye on my young players because they are the main part of the game for me at Arsenal. Portilla played a lot last season and did not improve so I expect him to improve easily this season. Because of the way his stats are spread I would not be surprised if he picked up a bonus on one of his next improvements. His value will go up if he improves and if he gets a bonus it will go up a lot. Because I want to sell now I am looking to get double his current value.
