Loan deals

I have two parts to my team an A and a B group. I loan the A group out to get the most out of them I can because other teams want my A players more than my B players. I keep my B players and train them myself because I can handle any bad results I might get for playing weaker players.

What are the rules protecting loan agreements and the amount of games they should get. In any other team the manager would keep the A group and loan out the weaker B players. I am entrusting my best players to other managers so what form of protection do I get if they break the agreement they made when they take a player? I can see nothing in the rules but there must be something or they could take a player agreeing to play them in every game and never play them.

i think you can take the manager of the team that doesn't play your player to fa court where i thnk 3 random managers get chosen by the fa and make a judgement i think but email the fa to find out

It could be a genuine mistake so that always has to be taken into consideration but if its not I believe shock and awe should be released!

FA COURT, FA COURT, FA COURT!

Not a good attitude. People will think twice about sending you anyone with an attitude like that about loan players and agreements. Drop Pacheco at your peril!!!!!!!!!!!

Ray is right it could be a genuine mistake. if it is a one off. If he is continually dropped then that is different.

I would say contact the manager involved and find out what happened. Obviously if it continues to happen and you get no joy from the manager in question then contact Rich to see if a solution can be found. If all else fails you do have the option of going to FA Court.

I would say missing one game although not ideal its not the end of the world. With the new fitness system it just means he will get a little fitter and be available for an extra game.

If its more than one and something continuous then FA Court and just dont use that manager again.

He has top fitness possible and is only 20 it doesn't even make sense to drop him. He played a reserve team this week but there is no need to rest a 20 year old with full fitness even if he hadn't agreed to play him every game.

He will just say he forgot even if he didn't so I was only asking for future incidents. Thanks for the sensible replies.

IMO you would fail in FACourt from one game. But it's down to you... Bear in mind if you fail in fa court it costs YOU

I have written to FA about this. If he misses out on improving I will be demanding a second punishment at the end of the season too. One manager I would 100% not deal with again and advise any other managers to avoid. He has not even had the courtesy to reply to my message last week about failing to play him.

I think you have a case this time. Don't like your chances if he don't improve as there no set rule for improvement.

maybe this is something that could be brought into the rules for the future and maybe have loan contracts that both managers need to send rich to compleate the loan agreement

Almost everything abides and knows the situation when they take on loan players anyway.
