Just a note to say the Quick Guide page has been updated in the Rules with a new "Compatibility Setting View" section. I'm aware some people view the website without this setting changed, which only makes viewing more difficult as it extends the spaces around the text in every box in the table format I run on the site.
The Quick Guide now has a 4 step guide with images to help change the settings on your Internet Browser.
Obviously if you look and you already see the tables page (as in the example) like in Step 4, then your Compatibility Settings are already fine and you don't need to worry.
Have a look, let me know if its 1) useful and 2) clear to follow.
Also if anyone has anything else they think should go on the Quick Guide for new users, then let me know here as well.
I couldn't tell you as I don't and have never used Chrome. I'm not sure other browsers run those settings as it was something Internet Explorer introduced on IE8 and has kept on version 9 now. If you use Chrome, are the boxes large like Stage 1, or smaller like stage 4?
I installed Chrome, put that link into Chrome and installed the extension there. I then opened the site on the IE tab within Chrome and the boxes were as in Stage 4, so an improvement. The only thing I need is someone who uses Chrome to double check that it works fine and isn't just because my IE is set up with those settings and the extension is just using them instead.
