Attack minded teams and managers will get first pick. The more game time you can offer the better your chances will be. These are my best players but I want them to play in the best teams possible to help them improve faster than they can here so I might take time picking where they go it won't be first come first served.

Loans are needed in a loan swap deal because I only have 14 players in my squad. The quality of your loan player coming to me can be anything but only some positions will play so a CM on loan here is likely to be used as cover.
