Here we go again!! A few months after the end of Football Academy and the new version is back. I'd love to say it's bigger and better, but maybe I'll wait until it matches the two and a half years the original managed before I say that. All I will say is the success that the orignal had means I'm confident FAevo will have a very good core of fully active managers right from the word go.
Managers from the original game should make sure they skim through the rules as certain things are different. The loan system has changed significantly for a start and there are things like squad size limits people need to be aware of. If you haven't played the original, this is similar enough that some of those who did I'm sure will be happy to help you ease into things now.
Tentative start date is the 7th July. I'm away for a week from Tuesday but applications will be dealt with before and after that so that hopefully everything is ready. If you've already got your club assigned feel free to make use of this 'pre-season' to start talking about transfer deals.
Any media reports that managers want to write, I'll stick up on the new media page as soon as I get back so take it as a chance to introduce yourself and your plans to the world of FA.
Lets hope we can make Evo as good as the original!
