Iniesta for sale!!!!

I had an offer for Iniesta several weeks ago now but can't rember who the manager was. If it was you and you still want to pay what you offered we could do the deal week 12. However if I don't here from you before he returns to me from loan the I will sell to anyone who is willing to pay good money for him.

CM Andres Iniesta  24yrs  4 8 9  4   bonus 1 for pass  value £13m

he hasn't been playing at Zaragoza since the manager changed but played last week and setup their equalizer and helped them to go on and win the game. He is still young with loads of potential so not looking to sell him cheap and want offers above his valuation. I don't mind holding on to him if the right offer doesn't come in but do need to strengthen in other areas.

I would also be interested in loaning Iniesta, and as a club bottom of League One i need all the help i can get! He would play every week without fail.
Let me know what you think

Hi again every one thank you for all the e-mail/Pm's ect. I have had loads of offers to take him on loan but I am really looking to cash in on him. I have also had a few offers but none that meet my valuation of him.
Just to make it a bit clearer as I didn't state a price I will only be looking to sell for offers above £16m and if I can't get the price I'm after then he will be staying at Barca.

I don't really need or want to sell but the cash he could raise would help build up the sqaud

Thanks again everyone

Allan

I'm not dragging this on and on so a deal has been agreed with Luke at Man City. I would like to say thanks and sorry to Tom at Juve because he did otiginaly ask about Iniesta around 4 weeks ago but couldn't match his offer he made then. I would have preffered to deal with you mate but having had such a good offer from Luke it is not in the clubs best interests to do so

Thanks again
Allan

Probably mate but as I said in my e-mails I was asked for my word and we had already had several e-mails to each other and it was appearing you couldn't do much better that you were offering already. Even when I did say yes to one of your offers you changed it and reduced the offer by £3m. As such appeared that you were hoping for a cheap sale which was not what I offered you if you check out my post at the top of here I said if you can MATCH your original offer we had a deal but you couldn't and therefor the deal was open to other offers.
I will also admit your offer after I accepted Luke's was far better and would have been a good deal but the cash was less and I had promised Luke I would go through with it. You see he has to sell to do the deal so to then pull out would mean not only ruining his plans but also that of other managers and so on.

If other managers wish to comment on this feel free but I do not think I have been unkind to you Tom in any way and did give you the chance to get the deal done quickly. I have appologised (several times) and explained to you the position I was in and asked for your understanding. None of this was personal and didn't set out to deal with anyone else but I have and just hope you can see I did try to give you the chance.

Publicly - Tom again I am very sorry we couldn't reach an agreement. I wish we could have but that is the nature of the game, sorry

Allan

Good on you Allan for keeping your word, any other manager would have done the same if they had the same situation as you, im sure. Thats why other managers are happy to deal with you, because they can rely on you to keep your word, and not go back on it.

I think you are totally in the right here.

Cheers

Allan by the looks of things to me you gave Tom every chance to make a deal but he never came through with what u were asking for, therefore Tom im sorry to say that the deal was in your hands but you left it slip away,if Allan has made a promise to another manager he cant turn his back on it now,by what av seen and heard you had the chance but couldnt offer the money for the deal so its out of your hands now.

Just to say you wont be as greedy the next time and you might actauly cough up the money in your next transfer deal, thats just what happens in football management, sometimes it goes your way sometimes it doesnt ,hope all is well in both camps and yous can maybe do business in the future together ,all the best Allen and Tom in your seasons and good luck.smile

You didn't have to give him the chance to match the offer. If the offer is good enough you should be able to accept and reject offers that come in later. This was the argument earlier in the season between myself and a few other managers and I think your word is worth more than an extra million

Well Tom if you hadn't dropped your deal by 3m when it was agreed im sure you would expect Allan to keep his word on that deal wouldn't you?

As far as im concerned once a deal is agreed that is it, you don't change your mind no matter how much money is thrown at you. A deal is a deal and those who have dealt with me before know that is how I work.

If Allan did pull out on the deal at this stage I would be very disappointed, I don't think he will because he seems a nice guy and I believe he will keep his word.

If he did I would still have to keep my word to the other manager ive agreed to sell to and that would enormously mess up my squad as im selling one of my key players so far this season at a cut price to unable to get the money for Allan.

Thanks to Allen for his honestly in all this and for keeping his word. Its very much appreciated and im sure not unnoticed by other managers.

Top bloke

yea i understand! it was that we had an oringinal deal, that i would have been happy to do, but then allan brought a player exchange into the deal that confused things, that is why 3m less was asked for!...im just trying to clear my name cause now im looking like a bad guy!...when i havent done anything wrong!

anyway the relationship between allan and myself is good, nothing has changed and i do respect him trying to do best by his team!

soo...now im looking for a quality CM?!

Thanks for all the posts but especially yours Tom. I hope you see I wasn't trying to make you look bad I was just trying to express how difficult a position I was in. If I got the offer you made wrong then sorry but the e-mail I got from you was an offer of £12m and a player. thinking about it I can see that possibly there was more neg. to be done but at the time that's how it appeared. it's all done now anyway and I'm so glad we can still have possible future dealings and none of this has caused friction between ourselves. You were polite in all the relplys I got from you and would stress to other managers not to be put off in dealings as Tom is a nice guy to be honest. Good luck trying to get the CM your after and hope you find him soon.

Allan

Haha, i wouldnt have a sniff at loaning him, he would get in most top flight teams, so there would be no reason to chuck him down the lower divisions. Lol!

Thanks for trying to get Man City to loan him to me though Bluebird99!

Cheers

Yeah, Funny how many people didn't know that I'm also an agent for most of the top stars. I take 15% of the transfer fee and I'm off to Hawaii next month after sorting out Fernando Torres' move to Arsenal and now Iniestas' move to Eastlands.

I've got a great contact at Bayern Munich if anyone of the league 1 sides wants Mirislav Klose on a free. Maybe Mark @ Coventry as all he seems to be doing is dreaming at the moment. First the playoffs then Iniesta lol
