Hey guys, hope all are well! Just a quick note to say sorry for being so hard to get hold of over the last four weeks. I have been over in thailand and found it very difficult to keep track of all the emails and stuff. I managed to get my team sheets in every week but i think a few people may have got frustrated in their attempts to contact me. Just to say i am sorry though and i am now firmly back in the thick of the game!
