10mil to spend CB/CM wanted

I am looking for a good CB not older than 27, stats not essential, talent not important but generally looking for 7 for defence and skill.

If i fail to bring in a decent CB then i will be looking for a CM of the same calibre.

I wouldn't be prepared to pay 10mil for Lescott as would be looking for someone with at least 7 in skill for that money. Like i said not bothered about talent so Lescott doesn't really appeal to me. Thanks anyway
