Whilst this discussion has absolutely nothing to do with me, I just thought I say a couple of things about Feeder Clubs.

Last season in the old game (pre FA Evo) I was thinking about throwing the towel in as the gulf between a good team and a bad team was so big that there was no-way I could even win a game, I was getting hammered every game.

I made a couple of decent signings and with a good link up with the previously massive club of Southampton, things started to happen.

Athletic Bilbao ended up beating Barca, Valencia and Madrid and winning the league and cup.

The link with Stu and Southampton worked so well, I would have continued it if the old game was still operating.

Feeder links are worth their weight in gold if both managers stick to it and understand the boundries. Dale and Rob will only gain from the link with Stu as will Steve with Simon.

I think they can only help managers who will become more involved with the game, which will ultimately help everyone.

Just my opinion.

A big Thanks for Drew on this one. He wants to do what Seville are doing and keeping their players in one club. Negotiations have been on going from last season. It was nearly a 3 way thing with Barcelona. Shame it wasnt a couple of weeks earlier as i have now missed out on 2 players who went to Coventry. Not to worry plenty more to come. I just hope i can help him as much as he is helping me. He seems a top guy with plenty of experiance in the game to help me along

I have not applied for 1 single job since we have had a chairman this year Steve. And if you look at the ratings, im well liked by Chairman and fans alike. I did apply for 2 jobs last year because my team hadnt settled. Now iv had time, my team is looking ok and will strengthen every week for the next 6 weeks and thats a certainty due to my feeder club players and 1 other.Theres plenty more teams above you to have a go at apart from Leeds and Watford if you honestly want to. I didnt realise the fans and chairman liked you more than Jamie mind.He could be under pressure with a few more losses. Check out the stats-

1- I only had a go at Leicester as they was having a go at age on my team who is above you. I know what im doing trust me

2- What do you mean by beef. Hes just playing you along and every1 can see it !

4- You havnt got a strong team, actually its crap. The only good players you got are loan players. I think iv got a better team and still have a lot of loan players to come in and I think you are starting to run scared. And yes thats my observation not anyone elses

Ok, Crap is brilliant coming from a guy that has invested millions of pounds in a team that is going to burn out in the second half of the season. Yes, You may have better players as far as stats go but what good are they when they are on the physio's bench injured? I hope that Drew is going to loan you Lampard, Ballack and one or two of the others he's been trying to get rid of coz that's the only way that will work and to be fair - I cant see him doing it.

5 - And this is really the pinacle of your rant! If you think that anything that is happening in my life outside this game is causing me to have BANTER then you are very much mistaken! Yeah I'm going through a rough time but I'm not making a song and dance about it and I certainly not trying to pick an arguement with someone like you mate. I'm on here to have a good laugh and again - Some BANTER but once again Gareth you have prooved that going off on a rant the way you have - You are not able to stand up to the pressure of the media. Hence the reason why It's me and Jamie going at it. I have focused on Watford not because they are a good team as I could quite easily have picked Palace or S'oton to do that, I picked them because Jamie is one of the best if not the best (Behind me lol) media active mangager and I know he wouldn't take anything personally like you have and would give as good as he got. That's why it always brings a smile to my face when I see his media as it's always well constructed and thoughtout!

Mate,  Do you really think that media about the fans even touched me? I just dismissed it with my next piece of media that I wrote!

You've shown today that you are way off being able to handle a good media battle or this conversation would never come about! Do you see Jamie going off on one coz he's being called Gay and having a relationship with Elton John? No! Instead, He puts his effort into the media constructivley and that's why he's the best media manager and the one I choose to have a DECENT battle with. You can carry it on if you like GG and I will probably reply to you know and again but I'm having a good battle with Jamie at the moment. This has never been about who's team is better than the other (Playground stuff) , this is about two managers trying to put as much pressure on eachoter as possible and see who folds first. Prsonally - I don't think either will and should therefor create a great media battle for everyone to enjoy. I would imagine that Jamie is enjoying the banter as I think it's one of the reasons he joined League.

In for a penny in for a pound Gareth! You can't expect to get involved in a media battle and nothing be said in here. I'm quite bored with this now if I'm honest. I'm happy to get into a media battle with you if you like but I really think it would be pointless I already have one going.

Anyway - Like I said around 4 posts ago, This has got very boring and I'm glad to see a couple of people must agree about Leeds from the media that has gone up today. Seems like everyone is condeming Leeds. What I will say is that I was responsible for one of those media pieces but not both!
