Feeder club wanted for Sunderland

Having just taken over at Sunderland I am looking for a feeder club to loan me good players to challenge for the League 1 title.
In return this club will have first choice on any of my players and I will play the loaned player as much as I can.
I don't want a club who has already got a link with another club.
