Hi, Im Fletch and the manager of Gimnastic in the Spanish segunda

I am looking to develop my team, weed out the older players and push for a top 6 finish this season.

In real life I am a qualified UEFA B coach and recently resigned manager of a Semi Pro outfit in Northants.

I have coached at Kettering Town FC in recent years.blankstare.gif

If anyone has any players between 18 and 28 they wish to sell or loan that can improve my squad then drop me a line.
