Media Rules

Media should be spell checked and written in a suitable way before submitting it. The best way to do this is to type it in a word document and then copy and paste it into your post.

If media is too badly written or abusive it will be removed and managers could be warned or have their teams fined. This is not for petty slagging matches!! Swearing is not acceptable.

Media should be posted in threads relating to the week they were written. If the next set of league games are week 3 then the media submitted should be under a thread headed "Week 3" - if there is no thread yet for that week you can start a new thread and put your media in there.

You can't comment on behalf of your own or another clubs chairman. These comments will come through the FA as the chairmans opinions are based on in game stats and so always are specific to in game form and managerial pressures which you as a manager can't comment on.

Any questions on how to lay out the media or general questions can be asked in here.

Lay out tips

- Paste the text into the non advanced editor here to avoid bad looking text formatting.

- Once the unformatted text is there you can turn the advanced editor on and add the format effects to it.

- Make your media title in bold if you have a headline for your media piece.

(True/False)

The Rumour Mill is a list of unconfirmed stories from around the sport. Some of these stories may be true but some could be created by the press to sell papers and stir interest.

Reactions can come from players, fans or chairmen. They are only ever as a result of media released by managers and can let you know what if any reaction there was to your media.

Managers can use this logo at the top of their interview post if they have been sent a list of interview questions by FA. If they are writing their own questions and answers for a media piece, this logo should not be used. It is only for interviews requested by FA.

Update: Reaction has now been added to types of media that FA release. See above for what each type means and/or what can cause it.
