Calling all smaller clubs. My name is Mark and many of you will know me as the manager of Coventry City in league one.
I have been considering the scouting system and the benefits it may have for the smaller clubs and have come up with an interesting solution to saving money while having the ability to scour the globe for talent.
I am looking for three like minded, and similar sized clubs to team up in a scouting pool which can work together to give each member a chance of competing in every scouting destination.

I will point out now before any arguments arise from this, there is no rule to cover you on any such agreement. Unless you agreeing to buy for another club someone in your scouting region is part of a physical deal, for instance you sell Player X to Team 2 for half his value, in exchange for Team 2 buying a player from their scouting region and selling them to you. Having said that, theres no way you'd know who was going to come up on the list so I'm not even sure how you'd achieve even that agreement.
