You can count the number of transfers they've done over the past four or five seasons on one hand. I reckon its a bit pointless playing the game if you dont get involved on here or improve your team???

We've had this discussion on here many times before!! From Rich's point of view, as long as they are sending their team sheets in every week they're not really doing anything wrong. But if you don't buy anyone and you have to rely on youth players to replace your retiring players, then you must be at risk of getting the sack eventually?

Yep, Yep and Yep! Birmingham are massively underachieving. he has got them relegated, and now struggling in League one. Still in a job though! I bet a few managers on here wished their chairman was so understanding!

Like Rob says, you bring this up every few months and get the same reply from me.

If they don't want to deal with you, thats their prerogative.

If they sent team sheets in regularly then I've no problem with them.

If they enjoy the game the way they play it, why do they HAVE to do transfers?

If they don't want to post on here, they don't have to. They're registered here so again, I don't have a problem with that.
