1) Who are the players we are all looking forward to in the upcoming youth update?

Any Preston players and I'm also intrigued to see if a certain Aaron Ramsey enters the game

They all seem fair although personally I think Louis at Catania should have gtot the nod for Serie B

3) What features do you think are working in FA / MOTFA? what would you like to see stay? what would you like see go / done differently?

Alll seems to working fine to me - I particularly like the scouting window and manager oif the month

4) What priority do you put the following in? League, Cup and European cup?

Definately League, although would love to be able to consider the European Cup a priority - LOL

5) What players are you hoping will be found in the next scouting window?

Anyone I can afford really

6) What has been the most suprising transfer in recent weeks?

Surprised that Samuel Eto was sold - I accept he went for a big fee but think Eto could make a big difference to Man City's season

7) What has been the most suprising match result in recent weeks?

Last week Livorno beating Juventus also Man City throwing a way a 3-0 half time lead

8) If you could move to take up any role in the game - who / where would it be?

I am keen to achieve promotion before I consider moving on but would love one day to get the Liverpool job

9) Would you consider loaning your best player for 2 decent players? Conversely would you consider loaning 2 decent players to get one star?

Would depend on the players but in principle I think I would prefer to get the star player as decent players could be replaced

10) How much do you think a players value is determined by age alone? Even when looking at a superstar - if he is over a certain age - does it limit the amount you would pay?

Age is obviously a concern but the right experienced player can do wonders for your season - it does limit the amount I would spend but it is a case of balancing long term goals against short term gain

there are a few players from the betis youth side that i would like to see make the step up

i think the right people were picked hope it is some thing that is done every month not just forgottern about.

i would like to see the match reports done for every league every week and the previews seam to have gone last few weeks

at the moment i am only in the league so that is no 1 for me the cup and europe are special i always try my hardest in the cup and would love a chance in europe

5) What players are you hoping will be found in the next scouting window?

i am hoping for a good cb and that i have the money there to put a bid in for him

6) What has been the most suprising transfer in recent weeks?

david villa to aston villa he is way to big of a player to be there

juventas losing this week and me at betis pushing valencia all the way to the end

8) If you could move to take up any role in the game - who / where would it be?

it would be atletico madrid without a doubt a good manager there with the players and money they got cold turn them in to double/treble winners for years to come

it depends on what postion i was in and what type of player would be coming in

there is a limit yes but you never lose it do you no matter how old you are

For me Id like to see Ched Evans and Onouha come through but again im interested in seeing Ramsey come through.

Highly surprised Louis at Catania didnt win, I agree Sampdoria have done very well but its what was expected. Catanias job was to stay up but they have had an amazing season and find themselves in third. If they stayed in the play/offs he would be my choice for manager of the season.

I enjoy the questions on MOTFA like this. Slightly disappointed with the lack of premiership previews and after match write up in recent weeks.

It has to be the league first every time.

5) What players are you hoping will be found in the next scouting window?

If I get money from my kind chairman ill be looking for a defensive midfielder.

Villa to Villa stands out for me, quality signing but Im not sure if its a deal I would have done.

Juventus losing was a major shock.

I would only ever take one other job and thats CardiffCity.

Depends on the player but generally no. Good players can make a difference in a game and its important to build your first 11 and then build around that.

10) How much do you think a players value is determined by age alone? Even when looking at a superstar - if he is over a certain age - does it limit the amount you would pay?

I have to say im surprised I paid 25m for someone that is 29 (Etoo), generally I look for good young players but it depends where you are in terms of team development. A player like Etoo doesnt come along every day and I think his quality make a big difference. I think its important to consider your squads age as well as the player your singing.

A few of the Everton youngsters, Jose Baxter and Jack Rodwell, as always the Man City youth system is good and some of the lower league clubs always develop home grown starts of tomorrow.

Unfortunately I paid for but not getting any benefit from the Scouting system, I just dont have enough cash to compete, I wont be doing that again from the lower leagues. Maybe an easy to set up training schedule would be fun although time consuming.

Any !

Yes on both, you have to be flexible in the game.

I personally dont put value on players over 33/34, having said that, my 34 year old striker is valued at 9.1m

As Andy says, Baxter and Rodwell look like great talents from what I have seen of them so far this season. Not to mention Fellaini who is only 20 but I guess he won't be coming up as he isnt from the Academy?

Can't really complain about any of them, all of the managers in form are in there.

I think MOTFA has been a great addition and I like these weekly questionnaires. Admittedly I really haven't had the time in the last few weeks to be involved with the game or to submit the match reports, but hopefully that can continue, maybe even with monthly summaries?

I have recently posted in Upgrades with a new idea, but otherwise I think FA as a whole works fine.

4) What priority do you put the following in? League, Cup and European cup?

League, Cup, European Cup. This is because I believe you need to have league success to have a chance in the cups, and then because I have a better chance of success in the cup than the Euro cup!

5) What players are you hoping will be found in the next scouting window?

Some players that have established quality but youth on their side also. In my position I'm not really looking to buy 18 or 19 year olds with potential, instead established players around 25 or 26.

6) What has been the most suprising transfer in recent weeks?

Not sure really.

7) What has been the most suprising match result in recent weeks?

Looking at last weeks games, it would have to be either Fulham's win over Everton or Villarreal's win over Valencia.

8) If you could move to take up any role in the game - who / where would it be?

I'm looking at establishing Recreativo again this season, but if I were to move I'd hope to join a club with a good assistant and an understanding chairman who is more interested in moving up the league gradually over a few seasons than wanting immediate success.

9) Would you consider loaning your best player for 2 decent players? Conversely would you consider loaning 2 decent players to get one star?

I think my best player, Fernando Vaz, would benefit from games every week so if I was going to use him in a deal I'd have to be sure he was going to be playing every week like he is at the moment, to aid his development.

10) How much do you think a players value is determined by age alone? Even when looking at a superstar - if he is over a certain age - does it limit the amount you would pay?

I have a strict policy that I dont buy players over 32. Even if a 34 year old is valued at £10m and I would get him half price, its still not good value because you would only see the best of him for 5 or 6 games and then not be able to sell him on. £5m for a good influence in 5 or 6 games - not worth it!
