Having (just) resigned from Cardiff I would like the opportunity to manage once again in Italy and Napoli look a good choice. I have learnt a number of lessons from my time at Cardiff and as they say you learn from your mistakes. But I do not only bring learning from mistakes - I have a good track record of getting Chievo promoted and intend to do the same with Napoli, but intend to keep them in the top flight. Therefore I already have experience of managing in Italy. I have also achieved promotion with Middlesboro in the orignal game.
