I've been thinking after completing the MOTFA questionnaire this week if maybe it would be a good idea to have a teamwork value out of 10 for each player. Even the world-class players can lack in teamwork ability and not have an end-product, whereas players that lack technical skill can work hard as a team and get unlikely victories (like Bolton and Reading a few seasons ago). I was thinking maybe a team with a high average teamwork level could have a better chance of pulling off an upset against a big team than one that doesnt. I think this would be a great addition as it does happen in real life when teams pull together, but I don't think upsets happen enough in FA. Of course we dont want to see the likes of Wigan beating the likes of Chelsea each week otherwise the game would be pointless, butI think we can make it work. (sorry to the Wigan manager for the example by the way!)
The only thingI would say is that if this were to happen I don't think these teamwork skill levels should have an affect on the stated player prices in the game, as if they dont have an affect it means a manager has to decide between a high-priced selfish player and an average player with good teamwork skills, which would make things interesting!
Any opinions welcome?!

What about having a teamwork stat for the choach/assistant manager? So a +1 bonus would add one to all the players teamwork stat and a +2 bonus would add (you guessed it) two to the whole teams teamwork stat
Apologies if someone already mentioned it but player ratings out of 10, they can then average over the season, simple column but help decide when buying on consistency etc.
