He could do that throughout the season if he decided at the beginning of each season who was going to join, it would be 3 teams to put together each season.
Yeah I remember being involved in the discussions about this in the old game.
I think it was especially important in the old game because there was only one league in France, Germany and Spain so the really bad teams were kept in the big league.
I think it would work just as well in this game and would be happy to see it introduced.

Sounds a great idea John. It would really freshen the game up a little aswell. Just a lot more work for Rich tho. But keep Swansea scum off the game.Its nice without them. Lets just hope Leeds go down aswell !
It was something introduced in the old game towards the end as the non-English leagues had only 1 tier each. I'm tempted not to do it yet in this game as its a fair bit of work setting them up and generally managers don't go to these low clubs so I have plenty of time to rebuild them as unmanaged clubs, which had been a big reason for previously taking a few teams out for a season.
