In a bid to enliven the transfer market for us poor lower division teams who get frustrated at seeing decent players sat on benches all season at larger clubs.
Woudl it be possible to make postings and dressing room discontent for some of those players who just want to play first team football.
This would mean they would be more likely to leave their club and join a lower team ?
It's something I could look at, for next season now though. How would the players leave though? For example if you had a happiness rating /10 and say if it went to 1 they left that team, would they move or just be available to sale at their value and if someone offered the value then the manager would have to sell?
Perhaps if they hadnt played for a long time then they become automatically for sale as if they have put in a transfer request. Not all players would need to become unsettled but perhaps at the Academys discretion. Not sure about values etc. It could also mean that they had to be made available for loan not neccasarily sold.
They refuse to "sign contracts" thus, they become free agents in the event that they are not given play time (aka there happiness stat does not increase). Great suggestion by the way
