Dear Managers

Please be aware that there will be special Beat the Odds after this weekends update with Odds for the Domestic Cup finals

This is entirely optional and you wont be penalised for not entering. I will put the scores up for this weeks league game results by no later than Sunday night but you will only have limited time to bet as the games take place on the following monday

Normal FA deadline applies as well as all the normal game rules

Yeah its really simple actually Price

Rich found a pretty good odds calculator and you can make custom leagues. For the Cup finals I was going to create another league and generate the odds from that. I dont know what they will come out as yet though - as there will be no games played between any of the sides and it will be as if we are starting afresh

So far - I have never tinkered with any odds and just put out what the generator creates from form, wins, losses etc - but if they come out stupid and not reflective of the game - I might tinker them a little for the cup games

Ill knock them up some time this week and maybe put a poll up

I dont think there is any penalty actually! But Ill probably add in the rules somewhere if you havent taken an interest in 5 weeks (or emailed me to say you just didnt fancy any of the betting) you are disqualified. We have an odd situation where Beli and Paul will win money this season having barely made any bets

although to be fair to them I think there was some confusion when people got a rebuy when bankrupt into the new championship league which may have been my bad marketing :)

Pricey - here is the winning breakdown from an old post

Beat the Odds Announcement

Dear Managers

Just to let you know - this week is the last round of regular betting before the league splits in too

Beat the Odds Premiership will contain the top half of the current season and will carry the following prize money to the winners

1st - £3m FA quid
2nd £2m FA quid
3rd £1m FA quid

Beat the Odds Championship will contain all current managers that have become bankrupt and each will be given a rebuy of £200 to play for the following prize money

1st - £1m FA quid
2nd £0.75m FA quid
3rd £0.5m FA quid

The new leagues will go up over the mid season update weekend ready for the next round of betting with no week off for setting any up
