Cadiz

I would be interested in buying Cadiz if I can look at their books to see how bad their bank debt is

Cadiz
8th Spanish Segunda Division

Manager: Johndaniel Jaques
Stadium Capacity: 10,000
Average Attendance predicted this season: 1,000

Value of club: £5 million
Minimum buy out price: £5 million

Bank Balance: £3.8 million
Debt: £0
Bank Loans: £27 million

Notes:
Cadiz failed to recover from administration and so were covered by a £18 million bank loan in the middle of Season 5. Bank loans incur lower interest rates than normal Bank Balance debts. Interest in Cadizs debt is due to increase £0.9 million this week.

With a negative club value due to the high bank loan owned by the club Cadiz fall under the 'minimum £5 million buy out' ruling which applies to any club with no chairman or who is worth less than £5 million (debt can make clubs worth minus money).

FA will post to allow bidding on the club to begin 3 days after the initial interest was made into the club.

Managers from the following clubs can now bid on the club having expressed interest in the opening 3 day period:

Manchester City
Juventus

Bidding must start at £5 million and must increase in increments of £0.5 million.

Due to the circumstances at the club, the current chairman has issued a deadline of 7pm Monday after which no more bids for the club will be accepted.

To bid, simply post the amount in this thread. The amounts must match the stated rules.

The Cadiz takeover failed to materialise and as such the club will now continue as normal.
