Manager: N/A Stadium Capacity: 12,500 Average Attendance predicted this season: 1,000
Value of club: £-2.5 million Minimum buy out price: £5 million
Bank Balance: £1.6 million Debt: £0 Bank Loans: £16.7 million
Notes: Charlton failed to recover from administration and so were covered by a £9 million bank loan early in Season 5. Bank loans incur lower interest rates than normal Bank Balance debts. Interest in Charltons debt is due to increase £0.4 million this week. With a negative club value due to the high bank loan owned by the club Charlton fall under the 'minimum £5 million buy out' ruling which applies to any club with no chairman or who is worth less than £5 million (debt can make clubs worth minus money).
FA will post to allow bidding on the club to begin 3 days after the initial interest was made into the club.

I think Rich now has to give other interested parties 3 days to stake their claim - if no-one does - its yours
Rival bids will have to be upwards of £7m
Have a word with Chris H or Ads @ Barca as they recently did a club deal with each other with Fulham and there is probably an active thread with the rules / announcements floating around somewhere
I think you have to list the club for Sale Simon but say you have had an offer, and then Richard will put a time limit on it. Offers can be sent to you they dont have to be put up here...at the end of the day its your call who u sell to aslong as the pay the minium.
Or do some media
Chris
