Can any managers help with loans or cheap players?

Every time I try to loan a new player in I get asked to sell my good players instead confuse

Any help for a little team would be helpful please.

I dont have world class players but still wortha go, what positions you after?

Cb with 6 defence on loan.
Lm with a 7 on loan.
St with a 7 on loan.

Will trade my Rb and Lb for younger players in those positions even if they are lower rated.
