top 3 teams from each league and holders into two groups of 5. Top 2 teams in each group qualify for semi finals.
Europa Cup
Fourth and Fifth place teams from each league, three cup winners form each league and holders into two groups of 5. Top 2 teams in each group qualify for semi finals.
In the case of teams qualifying for more than one tournament there position in the lesser tournament goes to either the cup losers or sixth place team etc.
Could also have a supercup between the two cup winners.
Would need to find a club to take the place of the holders for the first season of the Europa Cup - this could go to the highest point scoring team not to have qualified , or even a draw between the best placed non qualifying team from each league
