Forest v Cardiff

I am aware that we have a few Cardiff supporters amongst us but, as a one-time Forest season ticket holder neither of them, on tonight's showing, stand a chance in the Premiership. Someone has got to spend a lot of money, and I don't think either have any.

Any comment lads?
Terry.

You get a lot of money once you get promoted, I think Cardiff would need about 6 Very good players and another couple of experienced players but a long way to go yet.

I think for Cardiff it would be more about bulking out their squad so injuries aren't so much of a hit. I don't think Forest have the cutting edge to win the playoffs let alone survive in the Premiership. Swansea however could probably survive in the Premiership because Stoke can, they both have solid defences and Swansea are only short of one special player who can score goals to make them into a team who I think could grind out results in the Prem.

I don't always buy into this "You have to spend £50m to stay in the Prem" stuff. Reading and Wigan hardley spent anything in their first season and survived atleast one season in the Prem.

Forest are a class example of good management with very avarage players. There are a couple of good players in there but I'd say they are 3rd on team spirit more than ability. That can also help you stay in the Prem for atleast one season.

i think the difference with wigan and reading, when they went up they were a class apart, especially reading in that year. practically unstoppable
