Sheffield United
English Championship

Manager:
Jonnie Adams
Stadium Capacity: 16,500
Average Attendance predicted this season: 16,500

Value of club: £27.8 million
Minimum buy out price: £15 million

Bank Balance: £2.3 million
Bank Loans: £0 million

Notes:
Sheffield United's chairman is willing to consider a sale as he lacks the funds to push the clubs beyond their Championship achievement. As such bidding will be able to start at £15 million.

FA will post to allow bidding on the club to begin 3 days after the initial interest was made into the club. Only managers who register interest in those 3 days will be able to bid.

Crystal Palace
English Championship

Manager:
-
Stadium Capacity: 12,500
Average Attendance predicted this season: 12,500

Value of club: £39 million
Minimum buy out price: £24.4 million

Bank Balance: £1.,6 million
Bank Loans: £0 million

Notes:
Crystal Palace's chairman will sell the club for a reduced price only on the option that he removes the money in the clubs bank to cover toe difference. If the club is sold below the £39 million valuation, the rest will be taken from the clubs bank balance. This means bidding can start at £24.4 million.

FA will post to allow bidding on the club to begin 3 days after the initial interest was made into the club. Only managers who register interest in those 3 days will be able to bid.

Interest has ended in both clubs as the only interested party is ineligable at this time to own a club in England.
