Americas 

Welcome to The Americas. Only clubs employing a American scout for the season can bid on the players who are brought up in the list.

The scout will provide a list of players from the region after week 5 games lasting 2 weeks, and a new list after week 13 games lasting 2 weeks.

If you want to bid you should post the following: (Team Name) bids (£x million) for (players name from the list)

Bids after 6pm at the end of the 2 week period will not be counted. The players will be sold to the highest bidders at that point. No editing of posts is allowed - if you make a mistake post underneath with a correction. Bids can't be withdrawn.

* Bids must be at least the starting price and must always be higher than any previous bids for that player, always divisible by £0.5 million.

Still think a secret bid process would be better.

I mean Man C don't know what Chelsea and Barca are bidding in real life do they !!

Might make it a more fun system.

Not really the place to start this debate, if you want to have it stick it in Upgrades.

Scouting was to allow managers access to out of game players, but also as a means to take big chunks of money out, to balance the money put in at the start of the season from chairmen. If you all bid against each other, it just fulfills its aim.

Plus many clubs make bids public to push a players price up, its just a way of negotiations that means I don't have to put anything in until the deadline.
