Just an idea. Would it be better to have either a secret deadline so people dont throw all their bids in at last minute, or a secret price. Ie if a player starts bidding at 4 mill. Maybe Rich can have a set top range price for him that nobody knows about to stop the bidding, say for example 7 mill.
I just think it maybe a more fairer way and it will encourage earlier bidding for the bigger teams who want their players. At the moment there is no bids in Eastern Europe but i got a sneaky felling there will be a flood of bids at deadline time on Friday. Any other ideas welcomed. Feel free to discuss even if you havnt got a scout
Like Ebay though, here could be a "Buy it know" price. People will know when the scouting market goes up so if they are late and miss out then they have themselves to blaim?
So literally, the first manager to post on there and meet the buy it now price will get the player. Dunno, might work
There sort of is a buy it now thing. A bit of research to find out what price can top everyone else and that means nobody can outbid you.
I did it for Benzema when he came up (and got stick for it - not my fault for having the most money) and then again for Arsenal. If someone is worth it then pay more to secure them is how I operate.

PS. Why did you tell them the deadline was Thursday? I could already feel the rage when people missed out lol.
