Looking into a few simple changes for next season, don't want any major changes. Looking for ideas, and/or comments on these ideas.
Pre-Season - Pick of 1 training camp from a selection of worldwide places. Could cost the team a fee but each camp would have a different effect on the squad ie. enhanced fitness for 31+ players, or maybe games have less effect on reducing fitness, etc.
Staff Reviews - Possibly a new staff space, with the staff section being redesigned. A coach would be able to comment on strengths/weaknesses of the team you put out each week, but accuracy could depend on coaches stats. Potential to add things like physio's here to boost other areas of the game in the future if this is redisigned.
Manager Contracts - Currently you have wages, a contract length would be offered meaning if you were sacked you'd get a pay off, but teams with greater expectations who give you the chance to step up might offer you only 1 year to impress. It would make it harder for managers to move themselves if their contract wasn't up, so it would tie people to teams if you signed long deals.
Shirt Design - If I get time this section will be developed further giving more choice and greater chance to be creative. As long as I have time this will happen as I know what I need to do and its fairly simple.
Also the home page will be redesigned for the new season.
Tick the ideas you like - you can select up to 4, leave comments below. Thanks.

I like the idea of managers contracts, it gives both the clubs and managers more stability. If the club then do decide to sack a manager the manager get some compensation. On the other side of the coin if a manager is wanted to take over elsewhere or the manager wants to resign then the club should get compensation either from the club chasing the manager or from the managers wages if he resigns.

i personally prefer the staff review idea to the manager contracts, both are good but the staff review will help new managers and gives each manager the benefit of a second opinion, more realistic to real life.
I think the Manager Contracts are an excellent idea. I made the jump from Aston Villa to Sevilla at the end of last season and I believed that I had to make an impression this season to keep my job, and it gives managers something to work for personally, as well as on a club basis which may be effective for lower league teams.
I think that the Staff Review adds extra realism to the game as every manager has an assistant which offers and gives advice which doesn't play a part in FA, however, I think this may be a lot of extra work for nothing on Rich's behalf!
As I say, I've done some stuff during the season already. The coding for staff reviews is 90% written and would take 0 extra time once its in the engine.
Also, its not a pick 1 choice, if theres more than 1 thats fine (as long as I have time to put it in before the new season, hence bringing it up now like usual).
Whilst already stating that Staff Reveiws would be a good idea, they must be meaningful. I would hope that if a view was put forward and you acted on it, an improvement would be noticed. I can't see how this type of review could be a simple matter.
I'll be able to give you examples later in the season but it would be of use in improving your team... assuming you acted on the reviews effectively of course just like all other stats in the game. Its would be an aid not a walkthrough.
