Would also consider a cash offer for Soares

I am willing to play inflated price for a LB and CB and still have this money available.

The loan market will be opening next week so be quick if you want this money as if i see someone else I wont wait.

Also managers who ive talked about taking loans in deals need to hurry as im starting to send other people out on loan meaning the better players will have to stay.
