If for example you have a full squad, can you loan/sign a player still if you are going to release/sell a player the same week?

Sort of a one-in & one-out for the week, or do you have to have a space in your squad before any deals to bring a player in can be done?

Have emailed Rich as ruled aren't very clear on it. Haven't been in this situation before & don't particularly want a fine or quick sale of a player lol

I think you have to have a space mate.
It is a bit like the money, you can't spend money you have coming in, that week.

I am pretty sure that you can release and sign in the same week.

Ah right cheers Terry, is that for definite though? Just I'll have to change my team sheet if so :/

Wasn't sure mate as with the money, you couldn't say to another club, don't bother giving it to me, just give it to them... But as for space, it's more of a swap?!

yeah I am sure you can. Anyway if you couldn't the transfer/loan would be blocked you wouldn't be allowed to have too many players

Ah right, cheers lads.

It says in the rules though that it doesn't get blocked, you get a fine & a quick sale is enforced where FA sell a player to make room with no control from the manager! Just wanted to cover my arse really! So thanks again.
