All bar Lopez would easily fit into any of the top teams or would suit teams who are re-building, who are ambitious to be competing in the coming season, or who need that bit of quality to strengthen their first team.
Lopez is going for next to nothing and would fit into most lower league sides or be useful cover. Mascherano is a one-man midfield on his own - one of the games Galacticos. Milner is a top quality winger and Ledley (one of a limited number of multi purpose CMs in the game) is almost certain to improve further at the end of this season given his age, stats and games played. Values wanted will reflect their age and stats.
