Like they do on Ebay you rate each transaction and it builds up an overall rating. I have 8 loans agreed between the update happening and the first games of the season. This took some time and planning for me but I wanted it all agreed then so I had a proper plan. I loaned a player out in week 1 with promises from that manager to play him every game. I picked the manager I thought would play a tactic that would fit with my player. Now in week 3 I see that manager has moved teams already. I think it's really bad making promises to play every game on a season long loan deal and then moving two week later. My player is trapped in Spain now for a whole season at a team with no manager who will probably play in a totally new way. What is the point taking the time to plan it all out when something this ridiculous happens. My only positive is I had another loan agreed with the same team and he has left in time I can move this player to another team the week he was meant to go.
Iker Muniain from Athletic Bilbao to Aston Villa for season - No more season loan spaces.
Week 5
Jon Aurtenetxe from Athletic Bilbao to Inter Milan for season - Not put through by Athletic Bilbao.
People pay little attention to deals they agree for loans where they approach me to sign the player but I get swamped with messages to take my first team players for rubbish swap deals. I don't know how some managers get any deals done. They must think managers at small clubs are stupid but they all expect polite reasonable replies every time they come back.

i like the ebay style thing think that would be a good idea cause there are some really good managers out there and some really crap ones managers should be marked down for not replying too how long does it take tomessage yes or no?

This has been brought up a few times before and no one ever really came up with a foolproof way to decide on how managers would be rated.
There is the completed transfer section so people can see when deals have failed plus many managers use the media section to either highlight or offer reasons for failed deals.
Most managers generally do rate other managers anyway just from personal experience as opposed to a score or rating.
There are many reasons for why a deal would fail, some of which are not always straightforward so I would personally rely on my own experiences of dealing with a manager to judge how reliable they are.

I agree with the above, managers dont get to rate managers in rela life, just build their own personal view of someone based on dealings and perception, rightly or wrongly. Leave it how it is, no need to rate someone and could cause some backlash and unfair ratings.
